ORIGINAL: Picnic with Friends (2023). I drew my friends and I as animals with our favorite food, practicing simple background art and creating a color palette that communicates a joyful atmosphere.
ORIGINAL: Gunita (2021), meaning "recollection" or "reminiscence" in Tagalog. Sampaguita is the national flower of the Philippines, embodying a connection to Filipino heritage, memories of our rich history, and devotion to loved ones.
FAN ART: Arashi & Adonis from Ensemble Stars (2024). ORIGINAL outfit designs by me. Arashi is a fashion designer who stumbled upon the ethereal Adonis, who is giving life to dying cherry blossom tree. Adonis has mixed Japanese-Middle Eastern heritage, so his outfit is inspired by Shintoist spirits associated with nature and creation, as well as traditional Palestinian embroidery.
